Hobby.am User Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. “Store” means Hobby.am, which is owned by a private individual.

1.2. “User” means a person who uses the Hobby.am store website to browse, order or purchase products.

1.3. “Products” means products offered for sale by the Store.

1.4. This User Agreement governs the relationship between Hobby.am (hereinafter Hobby.am, the Administration or the Store) and the user of the website. Hobby.am is not a mass-media outlet. By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The User has the right to:

  • search for information on the website,
  • obtain information from the website,
  • comment on content published on the website,
  • use information from the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2. The Administration has the right to:

  • create, amend or cancel rules at its discretion and when necessary,
  • restrict access to any information on the website,
  • create, modify or delete information,
  • delete user accounts,
  • refuse registration without explanation.

2.3. The User undertakes:

  • not to interfere with the operation of the website,
  • not to use scripts or software for automated collection of information and/or automated interaction with the website and its services.

2.4. The Administration undertakes to maintain the operation of the website except where this is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration’s control.

3. Liability of the Parties

  • The Administration accepts no responsibility for services provided by third parties.
  • In the event of force majeure, including hostilities, a state of emergency, natural disasters and similar circumstances, the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the User or uninterrupted operation of the information resource.

4. Duration of the Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective whenever the website is used. It ceases to apply when a new version is published. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement unilaterally at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users of amendments to the Agreement.

5. Ordering, Payment and Delivery

5.1. The User may place orders for products offered on the Store website.

5.2. An order is considered placed when the User has completed all stages of checkout on the Store website and has received an order confirmation at the email address provided.

5.3. Products are paid for using the payment methods available on the Store website.

5.4. Product prices are displayed on the Store website and may be changed without prior notice.

5.5. Products are delivered in accordance with the conditions stated on the Store website.

5.6. Delivery times may vary depending on the User’s location and the selected delivery method.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1. The User has the right to return or exchange a product within 14 days in accordance with applicable Armenian law, provided that the product remains in saleable condition and proof of purchase is available.

6.2. To return or exchange a product, the User must visit the Store in person and provide proof of purchase.

7. Privacy

7.1. The Store undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of users personal information in accordance with this Agreement and the applicable laws of the Republic of Armenia.

7.2. The Store does not transfer users personal data to third parties without their consent, except where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property and Liability

8.1. All rights to the Store website content, including text, images, trademarks and other materials, belong to the Store or its partners.

8.2. Use of materials from the Store website without the written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.

8.3. The Store is not liable for losses or damage suffered by the User as a result of using the Store website or purchasing products.

8.4. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided when placing an order.

8.5. The Store reserves the right to amend this User Agreement without prior notice to users.

8.6. Amendments become effective when published on the Store website.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. All disputes and disagreements between the Store and the User shall be resolved through negotiation.

9.2. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Armenia.

By using the Store website, the User confirms acceptance of the terms of this User Agreement.
